Letting it all settle, to settle as a verb.

-:

Settling is to solve a problem or perhaps an argument.

-:

Maybe to settle is to decide and arrange.

-:

How about settling down to live or to be somewhere either permanently or for the foreseeable future?

-:

If you settle yourself somewhere, do you make yourself comfortable?

-:

If something settles or you settle it, sinks down slowly, stops moving, or becomes still, and may be peaceful, Settle upon something. You stop looking.

-:

You've found what you were looking for.

-:

I love the idea of of a jar of water scooped up from the side of the pond or lake.

-:

We pop the lid on the jar and give it a really good shake.

-:

There's water, of course, but there is sand, silt, earth, grit, weed, and it all swirls around in a murky vacuum.

-:

If we pop the jar on the side and then come back to it many hours later when all the movement has stopped, when it has settled, what do we notice? The water is clear.

-:

The silt, grit, sand has moved to the bottom.

-:

Perhaps the weed sits on top of the matter, or perhaps it floats, but we can see very clearly the different parts for what they are. Everything has settled. Let it settle. Let it settle. What needs settling for you today?

Where do you feel like a jar of shaken pond water? Are you in conflict?

-:

Do you have 2 opposing thoughts in your mind right now?

-:

And are you struggling to see the place of balance? I get it. I understand.

-:

Some of this stuff makes your brain ache. It is hard.

-:

However, the more we chat about it, the more we educate ourselves, the clearer the pond water and our brains become.

-:

Read, listen, watch, use resources that feel good to you, ask me to make a recommendation if you need 1, or sign up for my email club where I share freely. Then stop. Digest. Consider everything you've learned.

What are you going to put into action? Ponder. Let it all settle. Let it all settle.
