-:Well, hello you beauty of a round number, podcast episode 100. That is wild.
-:Seriously, 100 whole episodes, nearly 2 years worth of recordings.
-:Now I think about it, I didn't ever set a goal or intention with this platform.
-:I knew I preferred to speak rather than write, and although I tell you all day long that I prefer audio over video, I seem
-:to find myself on screen recordings more and more often at the moment.
-:I guess different audiences find me in different places, the places where they hang out most. So, 100.
-:What can I tell you this many episodes in? It's still not perfect.
-:I'll forget to plug in my microphone, I'll record 2 or 3 in one go, or none for a few weeks.
-:I'm massively inspired or a little bit underwhelmed.
-:I think the podcast serves an amazing purpose like no other, and I also get comparison it is and think it's not perfect enough.
-:I'm not I've not yet run out of subjects to talk about.
-:My favourite episode is still number 27.
-:It's a firm favorite, the liminal space.
-:It's as relevant now as when I recorded it in 2021, and it's an idea I come back to often.
-:I am endlessly delighted to see my listener statistics and analytics.
-:Tens of thousands of us together drinking less, living better, or getting ready to do so.

-:So far in 2023, I've had 2 sets of surgery, and I've got some further treatment to come.
-:I felt incredibly well through all of it, and I'm making some of that up to sobriety.
-:I'd be doing you all a disservice if I pretended everything was amazing every second of of my life, but, energetically, I know that I am well. I am okay.
-:I am doing the best I can with what resources I have available. We all are.
-:I'm feeling physically good, emotionally prepared, and well for everything this year is bringing.
-:The work I'm engaging with with my one to one clients at the moment is focused and challenging. It's fuelled by kindness and compassion.
-:Comfort zones are being gently stretched, resources suggested, and trust and belief are central to the work that we do together. Mhmm. Where was I? Ah, yes. Around number 100 episodes in. That's right.
-:I should imagine there'll be other celebration points this year as well.
-:There'll be 2 years worth at at some point.
-:This year I'm featuring on various well-being stages, platforms and festivals, so if there's an opportunity to record and
-:share the audio from those events then I will do so.
